Students need to be at GHS by 10 AM – return to GHS estimated to be 12:00 – 12:30 AM. Students need money to get lunch in Olympia and a fast food dinner. They could also bring food from home. Chaperones will make sure everyone can get food throughout the day.
All-Parent Mandatory Meeting
Parents of Jazz Ensembles 1,2 and 3, please attend a mandatory meeting to discuss financing of upcoming travel to Reno and potentially New York as well as GJF fundraising for the remainder of the year.
While Jazz 3 students will not be traveling this year, Jazz 3 parents are asked to join the conversation about fundraising for the rest for 2023 (first agenda item), and may wish to stay on to get a preview of travel conversations their students will be having in coming years.
We hope you all can make it! Please email communications@garfieldjazz.org if you are not able to and we'll try to record it.
